AI referral processing for a hospital network

Referrals from hospitals, clinics and physicians arrived by fax as TIFF or PDF files, and staff had to read, sort and key each one in by hand. We architected an event-driven, AI-powered pipeline that turns each incoming fax into a structured referral ready for the care team.

Documents are split into pages, normalized and merged into searchable PDFs. Queue-based workers then run OCR, classify and extract the content, predict outcomes and map the data to existing patient and provider records. Daily and per-user reports give managers real-time visibility.

Electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) system

A clinical-trial software vendor needed an eTMF subsystem in its existing suite to store and govern documents for studies running across many countries and sites. We built a compliant document platform aligned with the DIA reference model, with study milestone tracking, document generation and antivirus scanning of every upload.

Diagnostic scan parsing for an automotive client

We led the design phase of a product that reads vehicle diagnostic scan reports. We evaluated Form Recognizer and Computer Vision for OCR and picked the front-end framework. We also wrote the full API contract in OpenAPI (generating the server code from it), built the logical data model, and containerized the app with an Azure DevOps deployment pipeline. The design was refined through regular client reviews.

Consolidating 38 product lines into one platform

A lien and mortgage services provider offered UCC filing, UCC search, lien portfolio management and mortgage recordation across 38 product lines, built and acquired over many years. We helped re-engineer them into a single common platform, which cut maintenance effort and cost and made new features much faster to ship. We also delivered a lightweight order search and display system so customers could track their filing status.
